I'm going to bed about an hour after the exit polls have predicted a massive landslide victory for the Labour party.
I can't shake the suspicion that the Tories were supposed to be destroyed in this election so that they would have to merge with the Reform party. This would mean Nigel Farage would be leader of His Majesty's Opposition ready for a 2029 landslide victory against a Labour government that will be seen to have failed because they were unable to reverse 14 years of Tory damage to the UK in the 5 years they had.
