My wife was in hospital this morning. We turned up to A&E at 1:30am and were seen by medical people who had obviously come from all over the world to work there. In fact, the most striking thing was how few White British people were working in that department.
Maybe it was a case of White Brits not wanting to do the night shift at A&E, or maybe it's just the standard demographical mix of the modern day NHS. Either way, the people all worked together to treat my wife.
If future right wing UK governments want to follow the USA's example and start punishing working people for having the audacity to be born in another country by extraditing them, then there will probably only be about six people working in the NHS.
Maybe that's the plan... taps side of nose conspirationally
